We're looking for an Assistant Vice President to drive joint go-to-market success by supporting the sale and solutioning of cloud deals aligned with partner offerings. The role involves collaborating closely with Genpact Sales teams, Alliance team, and partner field teams to strengthen account-level engagement, co-lead campaigns, and convert high-potential opportunities.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor by supporting relationship-building efforts with clients, in collaboration with Genpact Sales, Alliance teams, and SMEs/Solution Architects.
- Identify and develop cloud-led opportunities, anchored in Genpact’s partner-aligned offerings within the AWS or Databricks ecosystem.
- Build deep familiarity with the partner technology stack, understanding key features and differentiators to drive solution-led conversations and engagements.
- Serve as the liaison between Genpact and AWS/DatabrickS field teams, enabling seamless account-level collaboration, supporting joint campaigns, and enhancing partner alignment.
- Collaborate across internal sales teams (LCPs, Tech Sales, Data & AI Sellers) to support solutioning and drive conversions for high-value opportunities.
- Support market positioning efforts by contributing to offering development and participating in thought leadership and partner marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Alliance and Offering teams to co-develop joint go-to-market plays and support cloud solution innovation.
- Drive performance against key success metrics including pipeline generation, inflows, bookings, and cloud consumption.
