Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President- Lead Solutions Architect to lead AI-first transformation and build and scale AI solutions that redefine industries. The role involves large deal solutioning, collaboration with sales teams, and managing stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have deep client-facing experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to influence outcomes at CXO levels.

• Deep Client facing experience at strategic and tactical levels

• Consultative selling experience, moving from understanding the Problem Statements and Pain Areas to Potential Solutions
