• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Contact Centre and Agentic AI programs
• Design scalable architectures leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services

• Act as the technical authority for architecture decisions across programs
• Mentor architects and senior engineers across teams
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams on model integration and lifecycle
