Assistant Vice President –Lead Architect/Tech Lead

Genpact is looking for an experienced Lead Architect to define and drive the architecture of Contact Centre platforms and Agentic AI-based applications.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Contact Centre and Agentic AI programs
• Design scalable architectures leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services
• Define reference architectures, patterns, and reusable components
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, scalability, and security requirements
• Provide architectural guidance from concept through production and optimization
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams on model integration and lifecycle
• Act as the technical authority for architecture decisions across programs
