Genpact is seeking an experienced Business Analyst, Finance Analyst to work closely with the client, review finance data, and drive progress through effective communication and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and can manage daily reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of operations and analytics work experience
- Bcom/MCom/BBA/MBA degree
- Proficiency in working on excel, Smartsheet
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
- Aerospace experience is a must
- Strong follow-through and persistence in chasing status updates and clarifications
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure
