Business Analyst - Finance Analyst

Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst to work closely with the client to review finance data, manage daily reports, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to drive progress through effective communication.

Requirements

• Managing and accessing that all necessary controls are in place to execute the end-to-end process smoothly as per contract Agreement.
• Processing of credits to align with the contractual T&Cs
• Contract review and monitoring.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly report outs
• Should be able to drive customer interaction and work independently.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders to gather updates, resolve issues and timelines.
• Follow-Up & Accountability: Maintain a sense of urgency by consistently following up with team members and stakeholders to obtain timely updates and necessary inputs. Drive accountability through effective communication and persistent tracking of action items.
