Job Description

The company is inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Business Analyst - Service Now, where you will be responsible for part of the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realization.
Requirements
- Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements and create requirement artefacts.
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with the client and the internal project team developers, PM, QAs etc on the business requirements.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, meeting schedules.
- Support customers during UAT.
- Perform functional testing to ensure requirements are being met.
