Lead Consultant –Data Modeler

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant – Data Modeler to create detailed data models that effectively capture and organize enterprise data, supporting critical business functions and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Develop comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Experience in Cloud platform (Azure/ AWS/ GCP)
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather data requirements
• Implement data standards and common data structures to improve data quality and accessibility
• Utilize advanced modeling tools to create and maintain data schemas and dictionaries
• Ensure data models are integrated with existing data architectures and extend support to data engineering and data analytics teams
• Conduct data model reviews with cross-functional team members to ensure quality and functionality
• Manage metadata to ensure consistency and relevance across all data models
• Optimize and update data models to accommodate new requirements and changes in business processes
• Lead initiatives for data normalization, data enrichment, and other forms of data transformation
• Develop best practices for data modeling and schema design, mentoring junior data modelers
