Job Description
At Genpact, we're looking for a Senior Principal Consultant, Data Modeler to help us build the future with AI. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, and NoSQL, as well as experience with data modeling software and analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
Requirements
- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models (Entity-Relationship Diagrams)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to define requirements
- Improve database performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and ensure compliance with naming conventions and standards
- Assist developers in translating models into physical databases, including SQL coding and ETL processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing data structures for accuracy
