Lead Consultant – Service Now Developer

We are looking for a Lead Consultant – Service Now Developer to join our team at Genpact. As a technical owner, you will manage a team of developers, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance. You will participate in requirement discovery, design and develop solutions for the ServiceNow platform, and contribute to the development of technical documentation. You will also be responsible for providing production support and resolving problems under pressure.
