Manager, Internal Audit and SOX

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Manager, Internal Audit and SOX. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team on large projects, including the implementation of the entire SOX program, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Leading small teams on assignments
• Experience in SOX and Audit engagements
• Ability to craft and assess process and controls and drive improvements
• Experience in service delivery, team handling, and work with all levels of staff
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices
• Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues
• Experience of working in international client-facing roles on SOX and Audit engagements
