Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit and SOX to lead team handling on large projects, including conceptualization, implementation, and documentation of the entire SOX program. The role requires experience in SOX and audit engagements, ability to craft and assess process and controls, and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant / Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA
- Proven experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate
- Experience in SOX projects
- Ability to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously
- Report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities
- PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio
