Manager, Internal Audit and SOX

Genpact is hiring a Manager, Internal Audit and SOX to lead team handling on large projects, including SOX program implementation, control testing, and risk management. The role requires experience in SOX and audit engagements, process improvement, and technical platforms.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant / Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA
• Proven experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate
• Experience in SOX projects
• Report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously
• PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio
