Genpact is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to lead Sales Operations teams and support core Sales Operations activities, including forecasting, deal execution, and data-driven decision-making. The role partners closely with sales leadership to deliver forecasting discipline, sales planning, operational governance, and productivity improvements across the sales organization.
Requirements
- Good years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Proven experience supporting SaaS GTM teams using platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp, or similar
- Prior people leadership and cross functional program ownership
