Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Sales Operations. As a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, you will own enterprise planning, forecasting excellence, and performance governance to drive scalable and predictable growth. You will lead annual planning, territory strategy, and quota architecture at scale, establish forecasting governance and pipeline inspection rigor, deliver executive-level insights and performance recommendations, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, RevOps, and Business Operations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Deep experience supporting enterprise SaaS environments such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp, or similar
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and operate as a strategic advisor
- Strong analytical, business, and operational leadership capabilities
