Genpact is looking for a Manufacturing Advisory Principal - Vice President - English to lead the growth of the Manufacturing industry advisory practice and enable strategic growth across Genpact. The role requires deep industry expertise, a forward-thinking mindset, experience in finance and supply chain sectors, and a deep understanding of advanced technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in one of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, technology, GenAI or data management ; MBA preferred
- Extensive track record in a leadership position, within an industrial manufacturing organization driving transformational change
- Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains – supply chain, sales and order management, procurement, lean manufacturing and/or logistics
- Thorough understanding of advanced technology and analytical trends including AI, machine learning, cloud computing and enterprise technology systems
- Strong leadership, vision-setting, and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to guide high level strategy across complex, global environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Creative and forward-thinking in delivering technology solutions to business problems.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and business units, integrating various disciplines to deliver holistic client solutions
- Proven experience managing global, cross-functional teams and delivering solutions across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated success in growing a business unit, service line or practice through innovation, client relationships and market understanding
- Experience with effectively influencing C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
