Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Workforce Data Admin. As an Analyst in the Workforce Data Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of data changes and administration. You will provide backend support for Hire to Retire process and management of the data in and outside the HRM tool.
Requirements
- Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle.
- Track and resolve data discrepancies or errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.
- Support standardized HR data administration processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain documentation of all employee data changes in compliance with audit requirements and data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
- Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with onboarding, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure seamless transitions during employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders for approvals and data updates.
- Maintain employee digital records and support document verification processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with quality teams to implement process changes.
