Principal Consultant, QA

We are seeking a Principal Consultant, QA to join our team at Genpact. As a Principal Consultant, QA, you will design and maintain automation frameworks for API and GUI testing, implement BDD frameworks, collaborate on test strategies, execute tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, perform database validations, document defects, enhance productivity with Copilot, and generate reports for stakeholders. Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance working and proficient in executing projects following Agile methodology
• Hand on performing both manual and automation testing
• Expertise with Cucumber BDD, Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub and Jenkins
• Working experience with Playwright automation framework
• Strong Core Java and SQL skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously lead multiple initiatives
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Generate and maintain detailed automation reports for stakeholders
