Job Description
Genpact is looking for a Principal Consultant, QA to design and maintain automation frameworks for API and GUI testing, implement BDD frameworks, collaborate on test strategies, execute tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, perform database validations, document defects, enhance productivity with Copilot, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Assurance working and proficient in executing projects following Agile methodology
- Hand-on performing both manual and automation testing
- Expertise with Cucumber BDD, Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub and Jenkins
- Working experience with Playwright automation framework
- Strong Core Java and SQL skills
- Ability to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously lead multiple initiatives
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Generate and maintain detailed automation reports for stakeholders
