We are looking for a Principal Consultant - Tech Lead, SFDC to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing digital applications for global clients, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders. If you have experience with SFDC, certifications in Service Cloud, and expertise in developing applications on Force.com Platform, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Owns technical deliveries providing continuous feedback to Project plan
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, especially with functional and technical team
- Reviews and co-owns all the specs which includes technical architectures and integrations plans and approach
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
- Manage resources and provide technical specs to developers and oversee code reviews
- Review codes and development practice, enforcing standard development practices
- CI/CD implementation and release management
