Principal Consultant -Tech Lead

We are looking for a Principal Consultant - Tech Lead to join our team at Genpact. As a technical owner, you will manage a team of developers, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance. You will also participate in requirement discovery, design and develop solutions, and review user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience with Microsoft Technologies
• Strong proficiency with.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of GenAI to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and debugging across multiple programming languages
• Prior experience in leading client projects as a technical lead
• Strong hand-on experience in tech skills, debugging, and deployments
• Thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data
• Understanding of Integrations using various methods
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
• Good management, analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, positive outlook, and result-oriented
• Experience in implementation and delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) based tool is preferred
