Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager - Lean Six Sigma to provide Process Excellence & Transformation support to Genpact businesses based in Philippines, which support respective global clients. This role will involve mentoring/coaching support to operations on transformation, lean six sigma projects, leading strategic black belt level projects, designing and project managing digital/analytics transformation projects, and driving business impact value for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified
- Has worked in a BPO set-up / call center environment
- Practical experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, Change Management and Preferred Digital Knowledge] or digital or AI deployment – Application & Execution
- Project Management Skills
- Effective communicator and can relate well with all levels in the organization
- Problem solving skills and innovative mindset to solve business challenges
