Senior Manager

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager to manage 700+ FTEs across different line of businesses, drive sourcing, and support service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good Excel and presentation skills, and experience in WFM Manager or RTA Manager.

Requirements

• Manage 700+ FTEs across different line of businesses
• Manage a team of 3-5 supervisors
• Monitor and manage activities to support service level agreements for Genpact Philippines
• Maintain daily connect with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution
• Administer entitlement planning and scheduling
• Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports
• Publish reports required by stakeholders
• Attend centralized or site management meeting, as required
• Support process improvements, Lean/Six Sigma projects
• Other assigned tasks as required by the business
• Forecast required Head Count for incoming business (Staffing requirement and forecasting)
