Vice President, Sales and Delivery Leader -Supply Chain Management

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Sales and Delivery Leader -Supply Chain Management. The candidate will lead large, complex, enterprise-wide transformations and have end-to-end accountability for client growth, executive relationships, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in supply chain planning and the ability to connect transformation initiatives to executive priorities and business outcomes
• Extensive experience in senior, client-facing leadership roles with accountability for owning and growing large, strategic client accounts
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing senior leaders and high performing teams
• Executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite stakeholders in global organizations
• Proven track record of advancing and closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives, influencing decision-making and securing long-term commitments
