Architect - Critical Facilities - Senior

Gensler seeks a Senior Architect to join their Critical Facilities practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in highly technical projects, strong proficiency in Revit, and a working knowledge of building codes and standards.

Requirements

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver informed project solutions
• Documentation coordination with consultants
• Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Resolve complex technical and design issues
• Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks
• Process submittals/substitution requests
• Interface with building and permitting officials
• Actively participate and contribute to the financial performance of project
• Review and contribute to proposals and contracts
• Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships
