Gensler's Healthcare practice in Florida seeks an Architect to help shape complex and impactful healthcare environments. The role involves leading the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration activities, resolving technical and design challenges, and collaborating with project teams and clients. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in healthcare projects, proficiency in Revit, and knowledge of building systems, codes, and structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 6-10 years of related experience on healthcare projects
- Experience working within AHCA to deliver projects in the state of Florida is preferred
- Manage AHCA communication and stage approvals
- Knowledge of building systems, codes, and structures
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- LEED AP (or in process) preferred
- Experience delivering high-performance, resilient healthcare buildings preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable design practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying phases of development
- Adaptable, curious, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused
