Job Description
Support the Design Director and Senior Designer in the creation and development of overall design concepts, formulate design presentation strategies, and provide creative and process leadership to multiple design teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or foreign equivalent
- 5+ years of project experience in an architectural practice
- Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft office
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
- Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience
- Strong leadership, communications, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
