Design Manager - Healthcare - Senior

Our company seeks a Design Manager to lead and deliver various project types and sizes, through all phases. As a key point of contact for clients, you will develop positive relationships and nurture opportunities, while mentoring junior staff to ensure high design and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Design Management and Project Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design or architecture
• 10+ years of experience
• Registered Interior Designer or Architect (preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in all phases of interior design/architectural projects
• Proven ability to provide excellent client service and account leadership
• Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong programming and space planning skills
• High level of design competence with knowledge of building codes and HCAI fluency
• Proficiency in Revit and Excel
• Experience managing consultant teams and resolving complex technical and design issues
