Job Description
As a Design Manager/Project Manager at Gensler, you will lead healthcare projects, manage resources, and act as liaison between team and client. You will build relationships, prepare presentations, and manage project phases, including scheduling, budgets, and construction administration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- 4+ years managing healthcare projects and teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or design-related field
- Leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships
