Designer - Workplace

We are seeking a Designer with a strong passion for design to collaborate with our Design Directors and design leadership on workplace projects. As a member of the Workplace team, you will be part of a team that creates impactful and memorable experiences. You will lead towards a cohesive and rational design solution, guide the team, and take responsibility for implementing approved briefing approach. You will also research and recommend appropriate systems, materials, and finishes, and present design schemes and documents to the client with the Design Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• 6+ years of project experience
• Demonstrated project experience of multiple completed projects
• Proficiency creating technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D computer design programs
• Strong skills in client relationship management and presentation
