Gensler is seeking an HRIS Analyst to work on design and maintenance of the company's Human Resources Information System (Workday) and several technology platforms associated with Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, On-boarding, Applicant Tracking, Talent Management, and other processes.
Requirements
- Workday Absence Certification desirable
- 6-8 years minimum total HRIS experience with increasing responsibility
- 4-6 years minimum working experience within Workday
- Strong knowledge of HR Business Processes and Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Innovative thinker but also able to follow detailed instructions when implementing new products and/or functionality
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to be a problem solver and exceptional attention to details
