We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be a commercially-minded, strategically-rigorous individual with a proven background in strategic positioning. They will guide teams through detailed pursuit processes and support leaders with campaign initiatives and broader positioning ideas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing position with design or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, Journalism, or Business
- Ability to lead BD conversations confidently and strategically
- Demonstrated success improving win rates and pursuit quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong graphic design capability, including development of high-impact presentations and marketing collateral
- Aptitude to connect individual pursuits to broader studio, sector, and regional growth priorities
- Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud
