Gensler is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR Coordinator to support the execution of strategic partnerships, communications initiatives, and industry engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, communications, partnerships coordination, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience supporting events, industry partnerships, or marketing programs is preferred
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or event management platforms is a plus
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
- Interest in the architecture, design, real estate, or built environment industries is a plus
