Project Architect – Retail & Consumer Experience

As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with and lead talented designers who help shape the future of the built environment. You will contribute to all phases of design, including concept development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 6–10 years of relevant architectural experience, including multiple building typologies within retail practice.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building codes, permitting, and construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Excellent understanding of building systems, standards, and structures.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and highly driven.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to develop strong relationships across the firm and with external partners.
• Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable design practices.
