As a Project/Technical Architect, you will coordinate with a team of consultants to deliver architectural projects, leveraging your industry experience and technical insight to drive client projects from concept through build.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of projects
- Guarantee the delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project
- Provide project team coordination, specification, and material selections required for construction
- Resolve complex technical and design issues
- Manage a range of project team sizes
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents
- Conduct site inspections
- Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions
- Review technical documents to ensure accuracy
- Oversee the construction administration of project assignments
- Lead coordination with contractors, fabricators and regulatory agencies
- Able to perceive or prevent risks in any part of the process
