ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at Gensler, you will work as part of an integrated team to create, enhance, and drive operational needs in our hybrid workplace. You will maintain, update, and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM environment, including incident management, request management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, and self-service portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or similar) plus a minimum of 3 years of IT-related experience, or an Associate degree with 5 years of IT-related experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow System Administration with the following ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA)
• ITILv3 or v4 Foundations Certification, or you can demonstrate your understanding of the foundation-level ITIL framework.
• Strong skills with scripting in PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, custom REST API building, and integration with third-party services.
• Experience working in an Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) environment
