Job Description
At Gentex Corporation, we’re looking for a Production Planner to oversee the receipt and movement of released orders to all necessary production, inspection, and test areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and material control in a hybrid environment. The Production Planner will work with teams to identify and resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, and material control experience
- Proficiency in computer automated scheduling systems (ERP system, Preferably SAP)
- Familiarity with shop floor scheduling and component issuing/kitting
