Job Description
We are hiring a Senior People Experience Partner to partner with senior leaders in our Asia Pacific business to cover maternity leave for 12 months, guiding leaders through organisational growth and change, fostering collaboration across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, and creating conditions for high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in People Experience/Human Resources, ideally within high-growth technology industries
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to grow leadership capability and effectiveness
- Proven experience in organisational design, change management, and strategic business partnering
- Technical knowledge of local employment legislation
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align PX strategies with business financials
- A collaborative mindset and passion for fostering exceptional people experiences
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving, combining insights with practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
