Job Description
NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team, responsible for maximising sales and achieving targets while ensuring first-class service to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Achieving branch sales, margin, and targets
- Ensuring first-class service to all customers
- Driving the branch team focusing on great customer service and communication
- Managing and controlling branch and running costs
- Managing stock control, including stock taking and adjustments
- Managing cash handling and control of specific customer accounts
- Supporting the organisation's senior management in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
- Maintaining health and safety within the depot
