Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales, achieving targets, and providing first-class service to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience with using online and windows based cataloguing systems
- Ability to lead from the front and create a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales focused with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and distinguish between "urgent and important" tasks
