Counter Service

We are looking for a Counter Service position at our NAPA Automotive Parts store in Detroit, MI. As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you will provide and source parts for specialized equipment, assist team members and answer customer questions, and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer
• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
