Job Description
The Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met, providing guidance to less experienced representatives and building customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements
- Placing customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales)
- Influencing Motion Industries' gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price
- Building customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Ordering items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers
- Expediting backorders
- Determining the most cost effective shipping method for customer orders
- Handling customer returns
- Assisting less experienced Customer Service Representatives with addressing customer needs
