We are seeking a Customer Advice Desk professional to advise customers at checkout and over the phone, sell vehicle accessories and spare parts, and handle claims. You will be responsible for part identification and order processing.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical education, ideally in the automotive industry
- Initial experiences in a corresponding field of activity, experiences in the automotive parts trade are desirable
- Customer-facing skills
- Flexibility, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
