The MI Field Service Manager is a technical leader responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and executing all aspects of field service operations within a large-scale sales environment.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the full scope of field service operations
- Provide technical guidance and support on conveyance equipment
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a multidisciplinary team
- Manage and control all operating expenses, inventory, and resources
- Maintain and update daily scheduling boards to optimize resource allocation and service efficiency
- Monitor team performance metrics, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement continuous improvement plans
- Develop and maintain documented succession plans to support seamless leadership continuity
- Foster a positive, driven work culture with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving focus
- Provide hands-on support as needed in the field and shop areas
