Requirements
- Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales)
- Influence Motion Industries' gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price
- Build customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Maintain inventory levels for customers
- Expedite backorders
- Determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders
- Handle customer returns
- Support specific customer(s)
- Assist less experienced Customer Service Representatives
