Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

You will be the first point of contact for IT support and ensure that our colleagues get quick and reliable help – friendly, solution-oriented and communicative.

Requirements

• Communicative, helpful, and work well in a team
• Completed education as a systems integration specialist or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support, ideally in the 1st level area
• Willing to work in shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Good German language skills in word and writing for communication with users and in the team
• Good English language skills for communication with the 2nd level
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS, user and printer administration in Active Directory MS Office and Intune
• Advantageous knowledge of MS D365, LFS, and Ping
