Job Description
We are seeking a Store Counter Sales associate to join our NAPA family. The successful candidate will provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers, use technology to assist customers, and provide outstanding customer care. A background in automotive parts is not required, but a willingness to learn is.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love fast paced retail environments
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
