Store Counter Sales

We are looking for a Store Counter Sales associate to join our NAPA family. The ideal candidate will have a background and knowledge of automotive parts, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers, use technology to assist customers, and welcome retail customers into our retail stores to provide a positive consumer experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love fast paced retail environments
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
