Job Description
We are looking for a NAPA Counter Sales associate to join our retail team. As the face of the retail store, you will provide auto parts answers and solutions for our customers and assist other team members with answering questions.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
