Job Description
We are looking for a NAPA Counter Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of the retail store, you will provide auto parts answers and solutions for our customers and use your parts knowledge to assist other team members. You will also provide outstanding customer care and interactions with a positive consumer experience.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
